Our Pedagogy

VislaS Academy is the brainchild of two multi-talented best friends. Since their days in Victoria School, the duo dominated competitions in multiple communication, language and arts-based elements such as Creative Writing, Public Speaking, Debating, Presentations, Drama and Filmmaking amongst others. Their ability to build expertise in various areas brought honour and glory to every institution they were part of. These institutions, in order to create a legacy of continued success, requested of them to train their juniors to achieve the same amount of success. That was when the two best friends discovered their ability to not just succeed, but also their passion to transfer their success onto others by teaching them the necessary skills and knowledge effectively. 

It was this teaching ability, their expertise and experience that prompted them to create VislaS Academy. Contrary to the popular saying, “Those who can do, those who can’t teach”, these two friends saw it as their duty to pass on the skills and knowledge, that have given them so much success throughout their lives, onto the following generations of students and learners. 

The motto of VislaS Academy: “We do, so we teach”, spells out this idea perfectly. This is why, VislaS Academy, focusses on using practitioners as trainers so that their students and learners can get the best quality of education, embedded in the personal experience of its trainers. 

However, before these two friends could create VislaS Academy, they had to run the rat race of their corporate world. Their unique approach and expertise in language, arts and communication, served as a bedrock for their rise in the corporate world with both of them reaching managerial and directorial levels in their careers within a single decade. It is this rite of passage that showed them their skills were much needed in the professional world as well. This prompted them to open up VislaS Academy’s programmes to professionals, so that they can see the same speed of growth in their careers as well. 

VislaS Academy is truly a dream come true for these friends and is the only institution that use the expertise and experience of successful individuals to enlighten and entertain the next generation.
